My parents would make fun of me for this. I definitely don’t have any trauma as a result of this.

I try to explain to neurotypical people that when this happens, my mind, my consciousness, my entire ethereal person, is dragged into that foot. I am now that foot and that’s all there is to existence, this microscopic speck of potentially imaginary something. I will not exist again until it’s addressed.

Just came in from an attempt to get farm work done. Wrong socks in my wellies, they end up as a lumpy mass inside the wellies harassing my feet. I swear if I run around like this for too long it sets off the migraine.
