How is "salmonella" the only word you spelled correctly?

In the first panel, Charlie holds up a cardboard sign with the words "CLOZED 4 SALMONELLA BECOZ SOOPER BOL" scrawled on it(an illiterate attempt at writing "CLOSED FOR SALMONELLA BECAUSE SUPER BOWL". In the second panel, someone esle confiscates the sign and says "If those kids could read they'd be very confused"
