Inktober

Character: Anysal Desoltos (OC)

Not quite done feeling, but I’ve run out of time

Cliff traps were a technique used to hunt bison and other animals in the mesolithic. It was a very effective way to more safely hunt large animals.

Doing my whole inktober as tarot cards, I thought the conflict of the five of swords matched this pretty well.

This one was fun. Thinking outside the box for ways I could portray the word ‘smack’ was interesting.

I’ve learned a lot of unnecessary information about small fishing and military boats. Basically every seashore used them. About what kinda sails they have in storm (reefed), and what is a full English rig (with a triangular storm sail). But this sketch isn’t that.

Breaking with my “every prompt on one page” M.O. with this one. I don’t usually get ideas for entire pages all at once.

Characters: Herrscher of corruption from Honkai impact 3rd, and Eve (Code Antithese) from elsword.

For non English speakers: Smack is slang for Heroin

Sticking with the Tarot theme, this is based on the Hermit

Continuing the mesolithic theme but because there are no native cactus species in Europe or the Middle East so I had to go to the Americas. While Europeans were dealing with cave bears the Clovis people were dealing with giant land sloths. Yes, they really existed. They could be between 9 and 18 feet tall. Though the taller ones were from South America.

“Cactus Juice”

There were choices made. They were regretted about 30% in. But at “100%” I was quite happy.

tried mostly doing block colours instead of anything with shading. Going over the edges at the end with a wider black pen definitely works.

This is actually a follow up to a render I made for last year’s inktober

Late as I had to do a disk recovery on my blender drive (PC crashes while BTRFS was rebalancing…)

Miniature golf

Inktober, miniature.

An excellent boy

#inktober2026 RELIC

I did resist to make the easiest/worst joke about size!

A couple of days late.

Originally meant to do it in a snow globe, but couldn’t get perspective or glass right. Did this to try and show it as being smaller than a pencil, but I don’t think it worked….

Real hasty one

Sticking with the Tarot theme, this one is like the Tower

This year will be an attempt at some world building based on the prompts. We’ll see how it goes.

Forgotten Easter Egg

Since its the 3rd out here….. #inkotober2026 MINIATURE

A5 paper, Micron 10 pen.

A relic. Specifically this guy.

I was going to go with Monkey’s paw but then….

This is my relic. I keep secret mystic objects inside it.

Perspective is hard, I thought i could get a box right!

Su pixelfed, il primo disegnetto per #inktober di quest'anno!La parola è apple, mela.

Using whatever medium is handy.

Sealy and the ultradense utility cube, which is a relic from a long dead civilization that perished under its power or something. Idk the ultracube mod doesn’t have lore.

Inktober, Apple

Here is my finger sketch of an Apple

I don’t do art… this came out better than expected. I don’t have a functional rubber though, so couldn’t get rid of the pencil where the bite mark is.

Ce n’est pas mon dîner.

Character: Sarge. A part human and part snake assassin. (Currently getting remodeled so expect changes)

trying to get back onto these but maybe right in the middle of moving is not the best time to do these things

And the obligatory (I guess) proof this isn’t AI generated:
