I used to do this as a kid/teen, and had a full breakdown in the 20s. Now I don’t know how to talk to anyone.

Who still can afford an ego? In this economy?
Isn’t that how we’re supposed to communicate? Having a specific personality for each individual and separate ones for groups aka when 2 or more people meet and hybrid personality is needed.
Too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
