My hair is very straight, without slightest waviness, and due to having androgenic alopecia, i cant use heat or chemicals to curl my hair, as it is harmful for my hair and scalp.

I had two job interviews today. If I get either one of them it’d be better pay for better hours than the job I have now.

Last year I had several mental health episodes which led to telogen effluvium (stress-induced temporary hair loss). It started last February. I saw a dermatologist and got on minoxidil in July. When did the shedding stop for you? The plan is I go back for a check-in this coming January and taper back off July 2027.

I haven’t been in touch with my sister since I moved in the beginning of April. I messaged her when everything happened, she wasn’t angry or resentful that I fell out of contact. She didn’t say I told you so. She just listened. She got angry for me. She made sure I was okay. She told me if I have no other options then to find a way to get to her (I wouldn’t put that on her, but it meant the world) I only told her for the first time today, but I’ve had many sisters in my life. Some through blood, some through bond. Some trans, some cis. She’s the best sister I could ever hope for. I’m proud to be her younger sister. I’m hoping I can save enough money that I can move out of this shit hole town and closer to her. Where people are more normal lol. Love you Kate, you’re the best sister ever. 💜

So recently I signed up to join some free voice training courses. It’s high demand, but I manage to get in, and I was incredibly thankful for that fact.

I’m going to preface this rant into the void with the info that everything I’m going through is by choice purely because I know it won’t last forever. It fucking sucks, but I definitely think I’ll say it was worth it later in life.

Depression fatigue is setting in hard today. I don’t want to go to work tonight. I don’t want to get up from the couch I’ve been exiled to. I can’t sleep without nightmares and I can’t stay awake during the day. I feel so alone. I am so alone. My ex has friends and family for support and and I am all alone. I feel like she is already over me. I never want to love again.

No, not from my bf this time It’s my boobs. They hurt. A lot. Or, at least my left one does. And I had another tiny drop of milky liquid come out. If it was a large amount, I’d be worried that cypro finally gave me a prolactinoma, but since it’s just a drop, it’s probably just normal development.

I recently saw a lot of posts, messages, etc. about pretty valid, if negative stuff. Happens, it is part of our reality.

I really want to start HRT, but I’m scared I’ll regret not doing sperm freezing first. The problem is it’s expensive and I’m still on my parents’ insurance while I’m in university and coming out to them did not go very well. I’ve already put it off for like 2 years because of this and I’m getting so tired of waiting. I’m also really really worried about losing my hair if I don’t start soon because my family has a history of baldness on both sides

Basically I’m like 99% sure I’m trans. If I could just magically physically be a woman right now, I would immediately, and probably never present male again.

I have a really physical job and I have been seriously struggling to actually capitalize on weight distribution. According to a web calculator and some gym people I talked to I need a daily intake of 3100-3400 calories to actually put on weight. I don’t know how I could eat that much physically and financially. I’ve been trying to up my intake and eat lots of ice cream, but I’m so used to eating like 1800 calories and I’m essentially not hungry for the day by like 2400.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2003, so I’ve lived with and known about it for a long time, and something I’ve noticed since I stopped taking my cyproterone to get some usable sperm going is the stark difference in my ADHD symptoms. Everyone in my family has been diagnosed, and my sister has always said it presented differently for her because girl than it did for my brother and I, and I didn’t notice a difference when I started on hormones, but now that I’m not taking androgen blockers, so boy juice is back in my system, the difference should have been obvious.

So, I got – for free – a bra with reasonably realistic breast prosthetics. 85B, the correct chest size but maybe I’d prefer a little smaller cup size because some of my female relatives have A-cup meaning that there’s a chance I’ll end up with rather small tits and I don’t want to get used to something big and then potentially feel disappointed of what I’ll really get later on. (Though, one of my grandmoms has very large melons, so there’s a possibility that I’ll have to learn to live with big-time back pains instead of having to contend with small breasts. Time will tell, but it’s good to be mentally prepared for all possibilities!)

started a new job recently and im boymoding at work atm. i was expecting it to be cold because most offices ive been in are really cold, but its actually pretty warm. this is a problem because my boobs are getting big enough to be visible under most shirts so ive been wearing a tight bralet, a tshirt, and a hoodie but its too hot so im sitting here sweating wishing i could take off this hoodie but not wanting my coworkers to notice my boobs 😐

Hello! Next week there’s a trans person joining my club for training. Because I´m not trans and don’t have anyone close to me that I know is trans I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on how to support them. We’ve never had a trans person here so this is might be kinda new for lots of people. I know some general stuff like I should probably ask them for their pronouns and which changing room they wanna use (we only got one for men and one for women, so I was thinking if they’re not comfortable they can use the restroom for people with a disability thats right around the corner in the same building). So aside from that, any suggestions?
