so i changed my name legally like three years ago right? but i never updated it with my insurance or any of that due to mental health and neurodivergence reasons. so i’ve been dreading the day when i finally got hurt and had to go to the hospital. well, it happened a week ago. i fell off a ten foot bridge at the dead baby downhill afterparty and totally fucked up my ankle big time. like “in the hospital for two weeks needing three surgeries” levels of fucked
hi y’all. just want to share something that happened recently that made me glow…
i had just come in from being outside in the heat and humidity and my kid commented that i was “so sweaty”. my wife said, “ladies don’t sweat, they glisten” so that was a bit of euphoria i experienced recently. she also waxed my legs recently and it went much better than i thought it would and i have to say the results are amazing and i only bruised a little. i guess at the heart of all this is just that i have an amazing supportive wife and i’m so grateful for her. i hate that this sounds braggy, but i really just wanted to share a bit of joy with y’all.
she loves laying on my lap but its hard to get a good picture of it. this was one of the rare times she laid on me in a way i could capture it, and i felt like i looked kinda cute at the same time haha.
If you want more context, look at my last post, but basically I just have a bra with socks stuffed in it. I wasn’t expecting it to look so good in my normal clothes!
Last weekend I got to work with a whole bunch of super cool trans/queer/neurodiverse performers at a festival! It was pretty crazy, I ended up doing videography somehow, it was raining but the crowd was LOUD. Anyway there are so many of us doing incredible things despite everything, it’s pure joy.
I went thrifting today and bought this cute dress for $8, but when I got home my mom noticed that my nipples poke through a little, so she gave me some of her bras/pads and now I have boobs!!! I also shoved a sock in there because they were still a little hollow.
i am in my own place in the densest place the big city of Seattle offers. i am on my first morning of the biggest dream of my youth. I had abandoned this dream 30 years ago. it has still not fully landed but im feeling feelings deep in my belly. im happy. im happy! even alone. i slept without fear for the first time since Sept 2025. the dreams of the tenderloin and Hell’s Kitchen are alive in Capitol Hill. i have a clear western view of the Seattle skyline from my balcony. its a building built for gentrification but the market for tech workers collapsed. its now low income. its pretty nice.
I stole this dress from my wife and after putting myself together, makeup, boobs earrings, hair, I caught myself in the mirror and had to stop and process because I was actually attracted to my body, which has never once happened in my life!
Had a prettx shitty week, all things considerd. I knkw I am hard on myself but at least a couple of the things didn’t need to happen like they did if only I payed a little more attention so yeah, kinda down right now. but hey at least I can open my camera, smile and suddenly there is this cute girl that even after almost 5 years hrt and 6 years since coming out always baffels me a little bit, so I wanted to share it to keep hold of this moment hehe :3
These last days with Sertraline have been awkward. Right now, I’m in a good mood and having mood swings is annoying as hell. Well, feeling the withdrawal of SSRI because of unwanted side effect (hypomania). My GP told me I should stop.
After 4 days of stopping SSRI my mood shifted from groggy, feeling like shit, headaches to goodish :3
this photo was taken by a friend on their cell phone camera, and sent over MMS so its pretty bad resolution. when we get the high quality one we might do a little post processing + share some of the other photos!
im signing Tuesday on a fully-equipped micro studio 3 blocks from the sites of chop/chaz.
ive been homeless since Jan 1, 2025.
i got to Seattle in Aug last year.
I went for a walk in my local woods. I heard blue tits, robins, chiffchaffs, wrens and, of course, pigeons. I highly recommend spending some time surrounded by nature.
I love this vintage shop in my city, it has a pretty size inclusive collection and it’s so queer and fun. I always try to take a picture in this mirror because all the clutter looks so nice.
just going to a climbing gym to climb with a friend. nothing special and something ive been doing a lot lately. it feels good doing normal everyday things and spending time with people who accept me. a couple years ago it was hard to imagine id get here, but now its almost easy.
before i cracked my egg i tried a few times to gain some confidence through weight lifting. i had some success but the further i got into it the less motivated i became, which i now know was my gender dysphoria getting worse as i became more traditionally masculine. realizing i was trans and starting transitioning a part of me hoped my muscles would just go away, but another part of me hoped they wouldnt because of all the time i put into building them and how much i liked being strong. they definitely made my dysphoria worse in the beginning because i felt like my pecs completely overshadowed my new breast growth, which i wanted to be more prominent.
My bf and I were already pretty drunk when he took this, so it’s not framed too well. I loved this look though. I actually thrifted most of it a couple hours before and got really lucky at the store I went to.
Hey, today I’m feeling a bit at peace and I’m trying to love myself. When I see all the cuties, I’m happy to see you shine and glow. (I wish we could see more representation for trans men).
Its getting easier and easier to just take a couple selfies and pick one! Even tho confidence is kinda low right now, who cares? The world might be burning but atleast i finally found myself before we all die 😂
I’d never dyed my hair before but after I realized I was trans, The Urge™ has been strong to do something fun with it once it was long enough, and now I have!
